Loan Form Request

This was a request from I just received a phone call from Sylvia Bly of WSU's Facilities....
She let me know that Lawrence Tech has borrowed some of WSU's original Yamasaki drawings for a display.
She actually wasn't comfortable with loaning out the originals, and offered to make high-quality scans...
- But got overruled by administration layers above her.
She says that there was no agreement signed - that at this point it's all via a string of emails.
She wanted to see a copy of our Loan Form.
She's thinking to look at the one that we use, tweak it to Facilities' purposes going forward, and use it from now on.
I provided that to her accordingly.
The text of the interaction is attached here.

Hi -

She says that there was no agreement signed - that at this point it's all via a string of emails.

I remembered in our 150th Exhibit Committee meeting yesterday that you'd mentioned a Loan Form.

Do you have a copy of this that I could share with Sylvia?

She's thinking to look at the one that we use, tweak it to Facilities' purposes going forward, and use it from now on.

Thanks In Advance,
